Counselling Support During the Coronavirus Pandemic
By Marie, Cardiff Counsellor
The COVID-19 pandemic brought unprecedented disruption to everyday life. As a Cardiff counsellor, I’ve worked with many clients who’ve felt the impact—whether through uncertainty, isolation, grief, anxiety, or the general overwhelm of navigating such an unpredictable time.
You may be coping well, considering counselling for the first time, or simply waiting until face-to-face therapy in Cardiff feels safe again. Whatever your situation, please know that support is available.
If you or someone you care about is struggling right now, these two helpful resources may offer some guidance:
Remote Therapy: Here When You Need It
While many people are still adjusting to new ways of living and working, therapy has adapted too. I currently offer video and telephone counselling sessions—so you can speak with a qualified therapist in Cardiff without even leaving your home.
These sessions are secure, flexible, and accessible, helping you prioritise your mental health while staying safe and comfortable in your own space.
If you're unsure whether remote therapy is right for you, feel free to contact me for an informal chat.
Wishing You Peace and Wellness
Whether you’re seeking counselling in Cardiff now or simply gathering information for when the time feels right, you are always welcome to get in touch.
📩 Stay connected, stay safe, and be kind to yourself.
Take care,
Marie
